Consistent beam quality
Lower thermal expansion helps maintain power and beam-pointing stability over long production runs.
AEON Redline · Ceramic RF CO₂
Built for businesses that need speed without compromise. Ultra combines the Redline motion platform with water-cooled Luxinar Ceramicore® RF laser technology for precise, repeatable production.

Inside Ultra
Ceramicore® uses a non-reactive ceramic resonator to contain the laser gas. Its RF electrodes sit outside the sealed core, exciting the gas remotely without internal metal electrodes that can shed atoms and contaminate the gas or optics.
No reactive metal surfaces inside the sealed resonator.
Low ceramic expansion helps the beam remain consistent as temperatures change.
Advanced electronics provide precise control across a wide power range.

Why Ceramicore®
Every part of the laser source is designed around repeatability, longevity and efficient production.
Lower thermal expansion helps maintain power and beam-pointing stability over long production runs.
The sealed, non-reactive ceramic core is designed to prevent the contamination associated with conventional internal electrodes.
Work from delicate low-energy details to full-power processing with a broad programmable output range.
A simplified design with fewer parts reduces potential component failure points.
Water-cooled Ultra configurations support stable performance during sustained professional use.
Stable output supports crisp engraving, controlled cutting and dependable job-to-job quality.

Questions answered
A conventional sealed CO₂ laser can contain metal electrodes and components inside the gas chamber. Ceramicore® places the RF electrodes outside a non-reactive ceramic resonator, helping preserve gas purity and protect the internal optics.
Changes in the resonator can affect optical alignment and beam pointing. Ceramic expands substantially less than aluminium, helping the source maintain stable beam quality as operating temperatures change.
The current range includes the MIRA 9 S Ultra with 50W, 60W Ceramic RF configurations, plus the Nova 10 S Ultra with 60W, 100W Ceramic RF and the Nova 14 S Ultra and Nova 16 S Ultra with 100W Ceramic RF power. Higher powers may be requested but due to cost are not offered currently as standard.
Yes. Ultra combines the Redline platform with stable, water-cooled Ceramic RF power for businesses that value precise engraving, controlled cutting, repeatable quality and productive uptime.
