1. General Information These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of products and services provided by Aeon Laser NL B.V., a company registered in Netherlands, with its registered office at Nijverheidsweg 8, 5731 HZ Mierlo. By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Products and Services

  • Product Description: We strive to accurately describe our products and services. However, minor variations may occur.
  • Pricing: All prices are in EUR and exclude BTW. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • Final Sale: All orders are final and non-refundable.

3. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept IDEAL, Credit cards, Direct bank transfers.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before 14 days after order confirmation / invoice.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed delivery and/or additional fees.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery Terms: We deliver products within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • No Liability for Delays: Aeon Laser NL B.V. is not liable for any delays in delivery, regardless of the cause. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a binding deadline.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: No returns, all deliveries are final

6. Warranty

  • Warranty Coverage: Our products come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, this excludes consumable items. Lens, Mirrors and laser tubes.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Aeon Laser NL B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our products and services are owned by or licensed to Aeon Laser NL B.V.
  • Usage: You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data Use: Personal data is used to process orders and provide customer support.

10. Governing Law These T&C are governed by the laws of Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
